Any woman who loves to write, at any stage of her writing journey, is eligible to join Women Who Write.

You don’t need to live in New Jersey since we do have virtual critique groups and events. We do have members who live in other states, and even in other countries.

Membership is $60 annually. During May, our Membership Renewal Month, annual dues are discounted to $50. All memberships expire each April 30.

You don’t need to be a member to attend several events like our open mics and our conference, but you do need to be a member to participate in critique groups and other member-only events. Membership is also required for publishing consideration in the Goldfinch Literary Journal. Members also get discounted rates for many events.

Yes, prospective members may try out up to two writing group sessions before joining Women Who Write.
