Consider This

Consider This

I was one of those children who always asked: “why?” Short answers never truly satisfied my curiosity, and they only led me to more questions.

Being born between 1946 and 1964, in the United States, makes me one of the 76 million baby boomers. I am a teacher who never stopped learning, a storyteller since I could speak, and a writer once I figured out the magic of reading and the written word.

When I’m tangled in a good book, I have no problem with laughing or crying out loud, yelling at characters, for their mistakes, or applauding their heroic deeds. I love to guess the end of mysteries but am happier when I don’t. I NEVER read the last page before I get there, that’s unfair to the author.

There is no reasoning behind what I’m curious about, my inquisitiveness knows no limits so if you’re the same way, feel free to come with me on a journey of wonder. As Socrates once said, “Wonder is the beginning of wisdom.”
